During the initial consultation we will gather information about your organization and the obstacles you're facing.

Gap Analysis
It's the gap analysis where we uncover the root problems and are able to make the recommendations to overcome them, through workshops and other strategic work described below.
For the gap analysis, we will work with your top 10 managers (by department) or segment and do a gap analysis by department (depending on what is discussed and agreed upon in the initial consultation).
We will meet with each of the identified persons virtually or in person (depending on your budget) for in-depth, honest discussions using a proprietary and proven methodology. This process can also include diagnostic tools that produce tangible data points that form the basis of further recommendations. You will receive a written report following completion, which usually lasts about 3 weeks.

Strategic Consultation
This is where we really give bang for your buck. As part of our recommendations upon completing a gap analysis, we can outline several specific larger-scale projects intended to provide lasting results.
Examples include integration of an acquired company team, making a department more efficient through realignment of staff (getting the right people in the right seats), and consolidating departments or teams.
Strategic Consultation can also take the form of implementation of a new department-wide or company-wide application or system and coordination and oversight of training (including inside and third-party implementation teams).

Operations (Ops) Workshops
These workshops are tailored to specific smaller scale needs, such as understanding how to lead and participate in more efficient meetings, creating and integrating team feedback into existing or new processes, as well as general communication (email, text, in-person, etc.).
These workshops can also serve to give staff an understanding of risk mitigation as well as cross-functional areas.
We have a large network of experts in various fields that we work with on a regular basis that will enhance the experience for your staff.
